Plonk Wine Remodel

DISTINCTIVE

FEATURES

Remodeling one of Missoula’s historic buildings was a true honor.  This existing brick building was gutted and remodeled with care including preserving the brick and stone walls and using historic replacement windows.  A structural and code study was necessary to give this old building a new life.  A new storefront with folding doors and steel awning work nicely with the historic brick structure.  A lively wine bar with casual seating, a rooftop terrace, and private wine cellar complete the building.

  • Sensitive preservation of this historic brick building
  • Historic replacement windows
  • Rooftop terrace
  • Private wine cellar dining with stone walls
  • Beautiful cabinetry and wine bar with exposed brick walls
  • New folding door and steel awning storefront
